Advertiser adds payment information to account.
Advertiser will setup the campaign by setting up goals & budget for the campaign
As soon as campaign is approved for launch, the total campaign budget is automatically deducted upfront from advertiser's account using the payment information provided
If the campaign ends up spending only a fraction of the budget allocated, the balance will be credited into advertiser account immediately. This balance can now be utilized to setup other campaigns.
