Click on the "Campaigns" tab in the toolbar at the top of your screen. Then click the "Create Campaign" box on the right-hand side of the screen.
Automatically upload creative assets by pasting the URL for your content into the upper text box and clicking the "Fetch" button. Your assets will appear towards the bottom of the page. Here you can enter your impression tags by clicking the icon near the bottom of the form. Click the "ADD" button when you are done.
You can also manually upload your creative assets into the second form. Make sure to upload an image and enter the title, summary, and destination URL into the designated areas. You can also include tags and/or embed video. Once all of the creative elements are inputted, click the "ADD" button.
Continue to add as many creatives as are required for your campaign.
Click the "Continue" button and configure your campaign settings on the next page.
